Drinking plenty of water is important and it cleans your body of unnecessary toxins. I bought a new water bottle so I can be sure to get the water I need to drink throughout the day, quit drinking soda, and dedicated myself to only putting healthy food into my body. I have a friend who likes to eat out. She is not a good influence and I have decided to stop letting her influence me. I just can’t let someone influence me to eating unhealthy and gain that belly fat and unhealthy weight back.
Next, I was determined to do is to just get up and move. Doing something is better than doing nothing. If you don’t seem to have energy you can start by walking with a friend to stay motivated and have fun at the same time. As you can see, it’s not hard to lose weight naturally and reduce belly fat, you just have to be dedicated to eat healthy and exercise for at least 30 everyday you have time.
